September 2010 Students from The Misbourne School joined Great Missenden Rotarians to plant purple crocuses as part of the 'end polio campaign'. They decided that they would like to surround their special statue with a sea of purple.

After a lot of soul searching the corms finally performed and transformed the area outside the school
